One of my friends recently introduced me to the amazing world of memes. Of course, I came across memes earlier too but they never really caught my attention like they did recently. Some of the memes are just way too smart and too intelligently crafted that you can’t stop yourself admiring it as a piece of art. If you are not a meme lover, please forgive me to exalt it to a level of art but I guess, I am too taken in by this beautiful way of expression and decided to give it a shot this lockdown.

Memes are indeed a very creative form of expression that thrives on satire. They have humorous take on events happening around us be it political, social, personal, psychological or physiological.

No matter what sorts of news it is, right from serious news story to frivolous page 3 kind of stuff, memes have added some moments of levity to our daily dose of reality. In the dark times of 2020, memes gave people much needed moments of fun and light-hearted humour.

During this lockdown, where people across the world are working on upgrading their skills or indulging in their favourite pastimes, I decided to try my hands at this medium of expression.
